The World's First Ultra Slim,Energy Saving and Environmental Protection P12.5  Advertising SMD LED Video Display Screen,this is our patent products,the thickness of traditional cabinet is more than 12cm,our BLADE LED Display has a thickness of less than 6 cm.Ultra Slim,Energy Saving and Environmental Protection .Both use for indoor and outdoor,break the limit of traditional indoor and outdoor.

 

Improvements

 

1Generated heat is reduced by 35% due to the following reasons:

 

A. application of energy-economical IC;

B. application of ultra bright and highly efficient LED;

C. separation of input voltage for VCC, VDD, red LED from green and blue LEDs.

2Heat discharge is enhanced by 15%.

The heated components are in direct touch with a big aluminum panel behind the screen.

3Conforming rigorously to EMC

   A. Fans are exempted from the cooling system, then interference from them is removed;

   B. The PCB is specially designed to minimize interference;

C. The aluminum cabinet is designed such that it shields interference from penetration.

4Thermo-electric shop reduced

Soft-starting power supplies are applied, then power is gradually increased or reduced when switched, while traditional power supplies always bring about instantaneous peak volume that has shock on the screen.

5Highly automatized

Full SMD process is done on machine, which refrains from damage due to human’s negligence and craftsmanship difference brought about by manual work.

6Flat and slim profile

The whole screen is constructed of tiles 400mm x 400mm directly, then high level degree is ensured as a result. Furthermore, the new screen has thickness only 60mm, which facilitates transportation and installation.

7Fault rate minimized

In addition to rigorous QC and QA tests, the screen has its back panel working as a heat sink, which minimizes problems due to high temperature.

8Lead time reduced by 25% than traditional screen
